Our Service allows you to create non-fungible tokens and upload user-created content to our servers, manage existing non-fungible tokens existing on our server or made on other third-party services, you can sell & buy items, create a store, and more.
If you are new and you sign up for the service, you will create a personalized account that includes a unique username and a password to access the service and to receive messages from the Company. The Company will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of the unauthorized use of your member name, password, and/or account.
To use our service or permission to use our site is conditioned upon the following use, posting, and conduct restrictions.

When you create your personalized store, you may be able to generate content in the form of non-fungible from using the Service. You are responsible for the user content that you post, upload, link.
You agree that we are only acting as a platform for your online distribution and publication of your content. However, we have the right to remove any content if it doesn't follow our conditions.
The Website, Content, and Services are provided without any guarantees, conditions as to its accuracy, quality, and fit for a particular purpose or need. The Company does not guarantee that the Website and Services are error-free, or will operate without interruption. We are not in charge of any substance of outside sites that are connected to our pages.
While using the website or the Services, you may be offered services, products, and promotions provided by third parties. If you decide to use these third-party services, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and complying with the associated terms and conditions. We expressly disclaim any liability for the third-party services and are not responsible for the performance of the third-party services or services.
